Terms of Service

Contracting Process:

  • The contracting process starts by filling out a form corresponding to the selected service.

  • Upon receipt of the form, specific instructions, a questionnaire focused on brand or content development, a payment coupon, and the relevant terms and conditions will be provided for acceptance.

Nature of Services:

  • The essence of our services is digital files. No physical items will be delivered; instead, digital files will be provided according to the subscribed service.

  • In the case of printing the designed material, it is recommended to coordinate and confirm with the printing press regarding resolution, size, and color outcomes to ensure satisfactory printing results.

Timelines and Delivery Dates:

  • Specific timelines and delivery dates for each service will be detailed when sending the welcome information, including the service-specific form, prior to payment and acceptance of terms and conditions.

  • All services require prepayment. For subscriptions, the next month will start once the prepayment is confirmed.

Payments and Payment Processors:

  • Payments will be made through third-party services such as Wix Payment and PayPal. Payments via transfer or other means not detailed in these terms and conditions may also be assessed and permitted on a case-by-case basis.

  • It is acknowledged that the use of these payment processors is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Customer Satisfaction and Returns:

  • In the case that the customer is not satisfied, the customer has the first 15 days to terminate the contract, following the provided instructions.

  • If dissatisfaction persists, the customer can terminate the contract, and a refund will be processed.

  • After 15 days, it is presumed that the customer is satisfied with the provided service.

Changes in Conditions:

  • We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time and without prior notice.

  • Modifications will not affect the terms of previously contracted services but will be applicable to future contracts.

Plan Cancellation:

  • Subscribers have the option to cancel the plan at any time.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next due date to avoid charges for the following month.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • The content provided by the customer must comply with applicable laws and not infringe on the rights of third parties.

Revisions:

  • Requests for revisions must be communicated within 48 hours of receiving the material. Once adjustments requested by the customer are made, no new adjustments can be requested.

Modifications:

  • Details of the service can be modified with mutual agreement between the customer and the service provider.

Termination:

  • Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement with reasonable notice.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

By contracting any service offered by Folio 22 Multiservices, whether one-time or monthly subscription, you agree and commit to complying with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated occasionally, and you will be notified of any significant changes. We encourage you to periodically review the updated terms and conditions.
